¯ The Cornerstone Singers was founded in 1989 by Cornerstone Evangelical Baptist church’s  Director of the Board of Regents, Dr. Chanson Lau.  

¯ Cornerstone Singers has been touring since 1990. Tours include the Far East, Canada, and many parts of the United States.

¯ Cornerstone Singers perform at various churches, schools, and conferences throughout the country and California.

¯ Cornerstone Singers continue to tour the greater Bay Area, local San Francisco churches, and city-wide concerts.

¯ The Cornerstone Singers have released three albums and three music videos; which contain original songs written and composed by members of the group.

¯ The Cornerstone Singers expanded into 2 groups so that more people may hear God's Word. They will continue to record albums and make music videos which will also include their own songs and testimonies to further spread the gospel.

An expansion of the Cornerstone Singers ministry from one group to two in 1995 opened the door to undertake two tours in 2001: One group toured the Midwest while the other toured Vancouver, Canada. The Cornerstone Singers perform at various churches, schools, and conferences throughout the country. When not on tour outside California, the Cornerstone Singers perform throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and stage city-wide concerts every three years. When the Cornerstone Singers are not touring, they are singing actively at their home church.

The Singers’ home is Cornerstone Evangelical Baptist Church in San Francisco, California (for further information, www.cebc.net). While the Lord has opened many doors for travel, the Singers’ home church remains their source of strength. As one of the original Singers explains, “We get a lot of encouragement from our congregation. We can’t be Cornerstone Singers without our congregation’s support and prayers.”
